Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Bentata Consulting & Management collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, business name).
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Your questionnaire answers and the notes and summaries from your session.
• Website analytics: pages visited and buttons clicked, through PostHog. We honor Do Not Track.

Who processes it

• Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), Supabase (our database: bookings, questionnaire answers), Resend (email).

AI use

Our AI team leader (the Ops Manager) works with your business data inside your own tools, under human review. Your data is not used to train public AI models.

How long we keep it

We keep client records while we work together and for up to 3 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires longer.

Your rights

Email alex@growthos.business to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for analytics and for the site to work. Sound on the page plays only when you turn it on.
